Removing last baddie

I have one baddie left on my credit report. Which is really an error. This is a closed account and fully paid off. It has a 30 day late and it also states that is 30 days past due. I am supposed to be receiving a letter from the creditor on Friday to remove the adverse info. This is my only late. If I have this removed how much do you think my credit scores would go up? The late is 2006 and again it states 30 days past due. My fico scores are Tr 665, Ex 671, and Eq 671.

Those "past due" status's really ding you.

Having a clean payment history is gonna look really nice.

I really can't comment on the number of points.
IF YOUR UTILIZATION ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS IS LOW - YOU CAN EASILY GET IN THE 700+'S.

Thanks. This forum has given me so much knowledge about credit. My scores in April were Ex 563, Eq 584, and Tr 581. You all have really helped me. Much appreciated!
