Capitol One reporting incorrect

I am new at this, I pulled my report first time in years.

I became very ill in 2003 and fell behind in payments last payment was in 3-03/ I checked my report and it says one 30 day late 04/05 and 2 lates in 06/07 on that calendar in the bottom.?

I dont know what to do? help any suggestions?.
