Try www.whogavemecredit.com you can compare the scores for that particular card as well as which bureau they pulled for applicants from your state.

TU is 644. I applied online and they didn't decline me they said I will receive notice in 7 to 10 days.

What do u think?

Love when that happens. The "further review" blow off. Not sure about State Farm but with a lot of CC companies that usually means you're somewhere on the fence and it could go either way after they do a manual review. 644 is not too terrible though!
