      <title>CSC Stalling</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I sent a dispute to CSC and recieved a letter back asking for more information so they could continue with the dispute process. All they are asking for is personall info they I gave them when I did the online dispute...SS# address name and so on. Are thay trying to satll or what?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Sounds like that is exactly what they are doing.&amp;nbsp; They want to see how much info you are going to give them.&amp;nbsp; Remember, you are the one asking them for the information, not the other way around.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; I am sure the others will add to this to help you.&amp;nbsp; I would wait just a little bit before I responded with any additional personal information to them.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;When I disputed a while back with them they took well over about 50 days to get back with me.&amp;nbsp; This was even after I repeatedly called and asked why they were taking so long.&amp;nbsp; In the end they ended up deleted most of my negative tls and even on that was legitimate.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;I would not give them any information.&amp;nbsp; They need to prove the debt is yours - you don't need to prove the debt is&amp;nbsp;NOT yours.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If the&amp;nbsp;debt was yours, they would&amp;nbsp;already have the information they are asking you for.&amp;nbsp;I'd respond with a DV letter (w/delivery confirmation) and if they cannot revert within 30 days, I'd send a letter to the CRA's asking them to remove the disputed account as the CA could not validate the debt.&lt;BR /&gt;
