    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;The CA is the one reporting, if it makes a difference the company is a small one I think.&amp;nbsp; It's Central Professional Credit Service out of Cadillac, MI.&amp;nbsp; The most recent letter I have from them is Oct. 19, 2005 although I've moved twice since then so maybe they can't find me??&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <title>Who has experience doing a PFD?</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I have a medical bill in collections from 2004.&amp;nbsp; It is $801 total.&amp;nbsp; I am now in a position to pay it, however the CA has not been "knocking."&amp;nbsp; Should I wait until they contact me, or should I send them a PFD letter right away?&amp;nbsp; I need to get this taken care of as we are looking to purchase a home in Spring.&amp;nbsp; Also, what reason would a OC or CA have not to accept a PFD?&amp;nbsp; They are getting their money, it's a win win for both parties.&amp;nbsp; I would go to extent to literally photograph the cash and say "you can have this if, and only if, you&amp;nbsp;delete all record of this from all 3 CRA...&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
