TU/TC Class Action Suit

I just got an email about a class action suit and that I am included in it. On the authentication form they want my email addy (which they obviously already have) and the last 4 of my SSN - which I'm even weary about providing that much info. Has anyone else who uses TC gotten this? Is it legit?

Don't use it. The lawsuit is legit, but the terms of the suit are pretty pathetic.

I wonder if the free monitoring includes EX and EQ and how it might affect current TC subscribers.

Not yet what are the dates for the people affected by the suit? Sometimes they miss people and you have to contact them.
