Ok, here is my question. My husband and I filed bankrupcty about 5 years ago, and since then we have had a hard time paying our bills on time due to high interest rates. I have tried to get loan after loan but I am afraid I am caught in a trap I can't seem to get credit anywhere. I purchased a house 2 years ago with an (arm) that is going to expire in august of this year and when it does my payment will sky rocket. Our scores are around 575 and we have been turned down by just about everyone. I am afraid I will lose my house. I have 3 children my husband works 2 jobs I can't work right now because of my small children. If anyone out there can help please helpppppp.....

You can't borrow your way out of debt. Cut up all your cards and send any extra money you can. Call you creditors and explain your situation. Ask them to lower your rates. Do you have any equity in your home?

I don't think we have any equity in our home. We bought our house in 2005 and since then the market hasn't been so great. I live in Florida and I haven't heard great things here at all Rising Home Insurance, and Property Taxes.

Do you have any lates in the last year? FHA, VA and naca.com are three options for a loan post BK with low FICO scores. They will look at your DTI.
