Collection reporting

So, I set up payment arrangements for a collections account a few months ago. However, it never showed up on my credit scores. Now, 4 months later it's showing up. Is there any particular reason as to why it's just now showing up? I called the collector and didn't get any answers from them. I've never had a late payment to them.

Demand they report it as an installment account or stop reporting.

Who is the CA? I had luck getting things removed from Asset Acceptance and NCO by e-mailing the CEO.

Do a search on them and see if you can find some company officer's names. Then start sending e-mails.
