      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;You can have anegative affect on another perosn's credit. Let's say they owe you money, atke them to small claims court and win a judjement agianst them. This automatically puts the court action on their report. It is the next worst thing to a public record.and impacts their score a lot.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Bob&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
