EQ credit report question

I just bought my EQ credit report on myfico and it lists 4 collection accounts on there, which all have been paid, and 3 out of the four look like this

Collection on debt to: Not on Record

The collection agency "668yc00000" was hired to collect a debt of $101 originally owed to "Not on Record" on account number "XXXXX".

Collection agency668yc00000

Original balance $101

Current balance (as of Aug 01,2007) $0

Status (as of Aug 01, 2007)

Paid Date assigned Jan 01, 2003

Date reported Aug 01, 2007

Date last active Apr 01, 2002

Original lender Not on Record

Account number XXXXXX

Account holder Individual

No collection agency listed or original creditor is not listed. Is there anything I can do with these?

Yeah the 3 that are like that are all medical collections

I had one listed like this that was for a medical collection. If you were in the hospital this may be what it is for. You can call the billing dept of the hospital and they can look it up. However, I disputed mine with the CRA that it was listed on and it was removed in 30 days.

jim, have you determined that the hospital still actually owns the account? That'd be my first step if it were mine.

In fact, I cleared a collection off my CR's by negotiating ONLY with the hospital. And never dealt with the CA at all.

Offered to PFD and they accepted. Since all 3 are paid, then a goodwill letter is justified, imo.

I had this happen to me, so I disputed as not mine, since they couldnt verify, they deleted
