    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I can't speak for the others, but I've had success in dealing with the OC and bypassing the CA completely, by offering PFD, and demanding an original copy of the instructions TO the CA to delete the acct. off my cra's.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I think this only works though, when the OC still actually owns the account.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
