Credit Secure

Now, I've read Noah's threads introducing Credit Secure as a topic and since I'm an Amex cardholder I'd like to hear a little more about it.

Who uses Credit Secure? Are they Fako or Fico scores after trial period? Is it a quality product? Should I get it? Actually worth the 11.99 a month?

haven't let me in since day one. they say it's a tech issue they are working on. apparently i'm not the only one who experienced this tech issue.

I have been using it for several months for monitoring purposes only, the score are EX Plus FAKO's. The layout is a little quirky because some TL's are spaced-out and not on one line but it's worth $11.99. Once you sign-up and get your initial reports you have to wait 30 days before you can start pulling daily. One advantage CS has over TC is you don't have to wait 24 hours plus 3 minutes, at CS you can pull everyday at any time.

i can't even register to sign up. they say my info doesn't prot over from amex to cs?

I have the same issue with CreditSecure. Can't get it. They keep telling me it is a technical issue and they are working on it. lol. Been since July. Must be a tough cookie to crack. Ellie Mae musta made that cookie....

last time i spoke tp cs the rep said a rep a work around was about 3 wks out. that was a week ago.

I don't want Fako. My goal was to find a daily monitoring service with access to Ficos on a monthly basis for one low rate. I don't want to keep having to buy the package deals repeatedly.

No such critter. Barry (myFICO admin) said on another thread that FICO has to pay the CRA's every time a FICO score is pulled, so I guess no one can put an economical frequent FICO score monitoring program. I just do my daily report pulls with TC. It's like substituting methadone for heroin --you don't get the rush, but it staves off withdrawal.

With discounts, the package of three works out to $35 - $45. I figure I piddle away a buck-fifty per day on stuff anyway, so I might as well piddle some more. Isn't that pitiful? I'm now trying to pull scores * only * once a month. Gotta get a life, here...
