      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;They shot down my PFD (actually rather rude in their letter).&amp;nbsp; Under the heal plan rules/policy - could my DH acually be responsible for the co-pays?&amp;nbsp; Considering I was out of it at the time (and not working) - he was suppose to pay this so I really don't care right now if it&amp;nbsp; hits his CR.&amp;nbsp; (Can you tell I am really pissed at him for not paying this considering he made&amp;nbsp; the arrangements?)&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
