Most people scores actually INCREASE for mix of credit-
TU loves to see a mortgage on the Credit Report.

I would say 4-6 months after the mortgage is obtained you'd see the increase up & beyond where your scores were previously, as there is also a decrease for brand new credit with large balances from what I've seen.
