I was/is an AU on ex hubbys c/c this is one of my baddies on my report im wondering if due to date it will fall of my report soon or wether I should try and remove myself from this account or dispute lates as I was only a AU

ac opened 5/95

dola...04/2002

past balance...$1000

lates 30x1 60x1 90 x9

please need some advice for this one

fico score...tu0/ex/649 eq 667 as of 18/11

now tu0/ex649/eq 687 as of today woooooohooooooo

If you are only the AU on the account you most likely can successfully dispute it.

do you think looking at the time frame of this account it is hurting my f/scores majorly?when would this fall off my report, .......I know so many questions

Its going to depend. Is this the oldest account on your CR? If so leave it. In two years the negs wont matter anyway and you won't lose history. On the other hand, once FICO 08 hits, its all a moot point. But even a negative, if it is your oldest account is probably helping at that age.

If it is close, it will reage your credit file somewhat. If you just dont like the uglies, by all means dispute it.
