Does anyone know anything I can say to a collection agency compliance officer about this to hopefully get them to understand there is no legal issue with them deleting a paid collection off my reports with the three credit bureaus?

The compliance officer said she would look into the issue further, but I'd like to stay proactive on this.

Thanks for any advice.

There is nothing in the FCRA that says they have to report. The law simply requires the what they report is accurate. It could just be their company policy not to delete.
