I have several accounts that were paid very consistently for years, then the snag... They now show as 'Account paid in full for less than the full balance'. My questions are;<BR /><BR />I'm willing to pay whatever the difference was to improve but;<BR />1) I don't necessarily want them deleted from the reports.
