CBA and CBD ARE doing hard pulls..Who are they?

Checked cs today and noticed 2 pulls on ex. one says{

CBD/Miscellaneous and public record
9/18/2007

The other says:
CBA/Credit Bureaus
11/19/2007

Any idea's

Google is the worst place to get information, but I googled "CBD AND Experian". The first document popped up as a pdf. The top of the document had a company listing of Credit Plus out of MD. I then googled "Credit Plus" and the first listing matched the address in the pdf. It looks like a motgage company.

I did the same with CBA. Also came up as a mortgage co. It also came up as a reseller for EX out of NJ representing EX on the East Coast.

Are you sure they are hard pulls? Try searching via the address; it'll be more accurate.

If there is a hardpull, I am sure the address will be listed in the CR. If the address is not on the CR then you can dispute it with CRA and they have to provide the details.

I'll check for an address but its definitely a hard pull.
