Verizon is a mess!!!!

Got an email yesterday that I have a bill pending - but no account associated with my online account. AAND got a form letter form the one address I sent the investigation request to that basically said we can't do anything. Ex cuse me, this is the address listed on my report and you refuse to investigate and send me a form letter - I might pursue this one with other entities.

Not too long ago I wrote Verizon on PFB..I received a response via email from CEO....They offered me half settlement of 592 and I bit b/c I wanted to get rid of these Idiots....Lo and behold I started my first payment and called to make sure they received it and asked for the person I originally had spoken with and everyone seemed dumfounded..I told them about the arrangement and they acted like there was no arrangement and that they may or may not resell the debt.....

Long story short I stop the payment and refuse to even negotiate with these crooks...When Im good and ready I will pay off the whole balance or let it age off....

Just hope that they don't tell you to send a FOAD letter. I even Googled that one and found "Feed Our Adorable Dolphins" until my light bulb went on.
