should GW, DV and/or dispute letters be sent to OC, CA and CRA's, or exactly to whom? thanks.

GW letters go to anyone you have settled an account with that are still reporting. You can GW individual lates or ask that the entire TL be removed if it is very bad.

DVs go only to CAs by CMRRR. There is a modified type of DV that you can send to an OC to request substantiating information and documentation on the debt. OCs are not legally obligated to respond in a DV fashion.

Disputes go to the CRAs. You can dispute online, by mail, or by phone. Some take FAXs. Most people recommend snail mail CMRRR.

Trying to clean up my mess - just like most people on here, I'm sure. Your advice sure clarified my understanding of how to do so.
