    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;What was the date of the original incident and charges from OC?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I would medical DV that CA pending what the dates involved.&amp;nbsp; Heck I'd medical DV them anyway and let them figure it out.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;What reason did you dispute this to the CRA with?&amp;nbsp; Don't MOV CRA yet, might be able to get in another dispute first among other possibilities.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Who did you pay the $134 to?&amp;nbsp; Was it you who paid out of pocket, or your insurance co?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Yes, I agree the dates are screwy but it's will wind up being more efficient to have this deleted for other reasons.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;And umm... this isn't CB here.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Ok..the dates have to be between 09/30/2004 to 10/30/2004. I paid the CA when I found out this was on my report (b4 and credit help knowledge).       <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Ok 2004 you can go HIPAA.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Search these boards and google for whychat HIPAA information.&amp;nbsp; On google you should be able to find a direct link to the whychat site along with letter examples you may wish to use.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Essentially this should be gone with a medical DV to CA and a letter to OC.&amp;nbsp; Leave any possible disputes or MOVs to the side pending how rapidly they move to delete this, but get that DV in CMRRR pronto.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
