IF they are from early 07 they will not be affecting your score much longer (1 year)

what about ca inqs? the ca is not on my report, but they keep doing inqs on me every 3 months. its hurting my score. can we talk about this on here?

Yes-

Sue them for NON permissible purpose access to you credit report

Send them a DV letter / Non PP INQ letter demanding they stop and re-code.

I agree with Timothy! I am having the same problem with a CA/JDB harding me for a debt that is more than 10 years old. And yes, this can be discussed in this forum. In fact, this is a common topic in the here.
