I have disputed with experian twice online and by mail. They are reporting an account I closed back in August as 30 days late in August Sept and Oct. I have sent them verification of payment in full and the account being closed. They told me that it's the company doing the reporting, I have contacted the company and they have faxed me additional info to give to experian showing the account is closed and they are not reporting. Can anyone give me any advice on where to go from here?

Thanks,

virtuousbeauty31

Ask the company to do a "full refresh"

That will replace the entire account on your credit report-
