Removing lates from credit report.?

What would be the best way to get these lates off my credit report?

Seven year payment history [?]

30 days late 0 times

60 days late 0 times

90+ days late 9 times (Nov 2003)

GW letter if valid lates, dispute if not.

dispute disput dispute and hope that the creditor doesnt respond within 30 days.....then you can request that the account be deleted!

If a CC and from 2003 - they probably don't have records available. CCCs can usually backtrack 18-24 months. With bank mergers, etc - a lot of stuff got 'misplaced'. Their bad - your gain.

No it's no a CC it's a old student loan the was transferred to another company.

i would not mess with it -

I assure you that they have the records and they WILL REPORT it accurate including any 60 and 30 day lates mnote previously reported.
