Thank you HappyDays!!!! I managed to get another delete because of your great advice - - "Because you're past SOL on both of these, send them a DV - they might go away. IF they answer it with the correct info then you can PFD. ALWAYS DV any CA before offering a PFD!"

I just realized that none of the collection accounts I had for Mid America Accounts (see details below) were on the FICO reports I pulled on 01/02/08 - I guess that means they were deleted! If this is the case, I'm super excited. However, they were still listed on the credit reports I pulled from Identity Guard on 12/31/07.

now watch to be sure that they get deleted.......At times these letters are sent & the CA doesn't delete hoping that you won't notice.

If that happens dispute with all CRAs that are reporting!!! as NOT MINE
