Does anyone know how to get ahold of them in person? I need to ask them a question about DOLA on an account that is DOLA March 01 but shows me 120 plus days late as of 2003. This account was discharged in BK in 01. I have disputed back in December but no reply.

check your credit report, usually they have a phone number there

866‑640‑2273 Press 3 at each prompt regardless of choices. That got me through to a person.

Thank you. I am calling them now. except they can't help because it is a myfico product and the credit report wasn't gotten from the equifax site. But she did say that the account should automatically come off in March of 08. Will see what happens.
