    <description>Now it's like I dispute with them and they put a fraud alert. So this is 2 in the past 3 months.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way to get in contact with them on the phone and not that stupid endless phone loop?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to get to the fraud department directly, not just an agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe I can finally get something fixed that they've been refusing.</description>
