Now it's like I dispute with them and they put a fraud alert. So this is 2 in the past 3 months.

Is there a way to get in contact with them on the phone and not that stupid endless phone loop?

I need to get to the fraud department directly, not just an agent.

Maybe I can finally get something fixed that they've been refusing.
