PFD and SOL please help!!!

Can I send a PFD to a Charged-off credit card even though Im still within the SOL of my state? dated opened was 12/2005 and SOL is 3 years. I would like to pay this in full for a deletion. Thanks!!!

Sure you can! Does the OC still own the account, or has it gone been sold to a CA?

Before you pay them a dime, receive assurances (in writing) they will delete the account upon your payment.

Yes the CC was sold to a CA I have been making payments but they sitll report me derogatory every month and its a reloving account. According to Myfico if i pay this off it will make my credit score go up. On my equifax report it says CC will be removed from CR 2012 will this change if I pay and they dont delete?
