topic goofy question- written contract or open account for SOL? in General Credit Topics

I'm looking for anyway possible to get my screwed up verizon chargeoff cleared from my CR. They have my account info wrong, but that's a whole 'nother story. They have a second account listed on my CRs that isn't mine, and keep verifying to the CAs, so I'm hoping for somehting to threaten them with to get rid of the collection.

So, what I'm looking to figure out, does a cell phone contract count as a written contract for SOL purposes? I ordered my cell phone service orifinally online in the first place, so they don't have my signature anywhere. So if it is counted as a written contract for the SOL, can they legally get a judgement without my signature on the contract?

I seem to be having an issue making myself clear (I blame it on the preggo brain!), but for reference, I am not trying to do anything illegal, I only want my CR to be accurate.
