Capital One Sent Me My Original Application after I DV

I DV Cap One and they sent me my original app with my signature for only One account.

DOLA 2006 (it's a lie but i can't prove it) , after chargeoff they ran this account up from $500 to $3000 just like they do everyone else, then sent it to Capital Management for collections, it should be illegal!!.

Should I try to settle? I'm getting heartburn knowing I dont owe this amount, it makes me sick!

SOL is 6 years in Washington State. Do they have a payment program I can go through so it wont

say settle on my account? . I received an offer from arrows financial to transfer another one of my cc collections account with them to the affirm credit card and they would close my account as PIF, you would think Cap One would have that deal.

What should I do? Help Please-ANS

I have already re-established Credit and Paying On time with my new accounts, I even have a line of credit

I'm just trying to clean up the old mess I got myself into years ago!
