      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Is it better to send a letter to a CA cetified mail or would an e-mail also be a way of having things in writing.&amp;nbsp; I am tempted to call but I keep reading to never talk over the phone.&amp;nbsp; So I will trust you all on this.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any advice.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
