Certified Mail Vs. E-mail???????????

Is it better to send a letter to a CA cetified mail or would an e-mail also be a way of having things in writing. I am tempted to call but I keep reading to never talk over the phone. So I will trust you all on this. Thanks for any advice.

Certified Mail if you want hard evidence that it was sent so that you can prove anything using, in the case of going to court, etc.

Always use certified mail with a return receipt that they have to sign. It could be your only proof that they received it.
