yes for late payments that were several years old.Account was still opened & no lates

How recent did you send the GW letter? I have 2x 30 and 3x 60 in 2003. I believe that Cap1 closed the account in 2003 but I paid it off. Was never charged off.

I sent a letter in Dec 07 but haven't heard anything. Where did you send your letter?

I sent over a dozen GWs in the fall to CapOne. The addresses I used were listed in the CRs. All were Richmond addresses with one from Utah. Only had one unfavorable response but I don't know which letter drew that response.

DW has a CO from CapOne and sent multiple PFDs to the same addresses CMRRR. Tracking those, all mail sent to Richmond got diverted to Utah and all green cards were stamped by the same stamp.

In other words, based on the info on the CRs, all mail redirects to Utah.
