He has had no choice it comes right out of his check. On his experian report it shows as if he was 30days&nbsp;late one time which is incorrect. On the other two CRA's it is reporting properly. I have disputed this with experian twice.&nbsp;Nothing changed. I contacted the&nbsp;court that reports it, and they state they never reported it late.
