Paid Charge Off Help

I have a paid charge off from Capital One. Sylvia posted to someone else on another thread that C/O's could possibly prevent from getting to the 700 club and there things that can be done. Please advise what info I need to provide to get help in this area. Thanks in advance.

Cap1 not easy to deal with all you can do is GW they are not GW friendly!

My only reply to this is Capital One will beat your score down all they can so they can get your business on higher rate cards, I should know they have me sucked in with 4 ouch, but 1 down, 3 togo....
