LETTER SENT TO OC. for PDF

This is a letter that i sen to a OC asking for PFD is a roud about way. I talked to them on the phone and they said that the manager would review but the supervisor said he couldn't delete accurate info. It is a debt to the libary for on 45 dollars. I want it off the CR and the SOL runs out in less than 30 days. I sent a dispute to the CA and the sent back a letter that verifed the debt. I then sent a vailidation of debt DV 10 days ago now.

What else can i do?

I can not provide you any documentation that states I was out of the country during that time you have noted below.

During the conversation yesterday between your self and I, I had told him that I had Just learned of this debt recently through the credit reporting agency's. After talking to the credit reporting agency's, I sent correspondence by mail to the collection agency and they had informed me that I need to talk to the library of this alleged debt.

What i did tell you that I have been doing back to back tours in Iraq supporting the american war fighters as an contractor. In the last 4 years I have spent most all of my time outside of the USA in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and have managed to pay all of my monthly bills on time. If i ever did owe you money i would of easily just mailed you a check for the little balance that you claim.

I have never heard from your library regarding this account and the validity of this debt is disputed, but in good faith I am willing to pay this account in FULL if you agree to the immediate deletion of this account from any and al of the credit reporting agencies.

I do have on hand one documenting that I was out of the country after the time frame that you have stated and am willing to look for it. But it states I started working abroad in Feb of 2004.

Would you still like to to look for that document?

I am hoping that an issue this small can be quickly resolved!
