Sent my every 60 GW letter to GMAC -

You are not going to believe what they did-

They updated my Balance and then marked the account CLOSED BY CUSTOMER

I called and they said 2 weeks to fix- asked them to leave the 2 30 day lates off (good luck)

I got a SW alert (no score change) this suprised me as makes my non-mortgage UTL very high.

Groan!

GMAC had me driving 3 Saturns at once. I'd love to know how to do that. Lovely alerts -- "Your non-mtg installment loans are outta control Peas!"

2 months later- no change-

"Closed by Customer reported by Subcriber" on all 3 CRA's.

Tim,

I am assuming the account is not closed? Why no send a statement to the bureaus with a letter advising them the account is still open, paid on time.
