OOPS I think i screwed up, NEDD HELP, FAST

OK i sent a DV a few days ago and just realized that in the early part of 2007 i had made a payment to them, It's a hospital bill so i dont think their is an SOL, anyhow do any of you think that they would sue me over the amount due which is only $325 according to my CR?? it's such a small amount is it worth them sueing me for?

One of 2 things will happen-

1. They will answer you DV (with Validation or they will delete)

2. They will say you are past your 30 days to DV.

Have your PFD ready -

so the chances of them sueing me are slim to none? is a PFD only good if you pay the full amount or can you use it for a settled amount?

IMO- You should have a chance to counter with a PFD prior to them to consider legal action-

PFD's are rarely done for a lower amount thant the ORIGINAL amount due.
