CMRRR to the CRAs

When I send my letters to the CRA's tomorrow to request the deletion of my non verified LVNV account can I just send my letter and copy of the DV to them in a regular business sized envelope, or do I have to go through that extra effort of sending it in a 10x13 or 9x12 or whatever.

The size of the envelope doesn't matter. I always use busness size. It is the CMRRR that matters

Did the CRA delete based on LVNV's non response to DV? I got no love.. they said they report what is reported to them, even with all my CMRRR copies and back up...
