Wells Fargo dispute score change...goodwill ltr

I recently sent a "goodwill letter" to Wells Fargo to delete 5 late pmts in 2011 during a loan mod. I have pd ontime before and after. They said, I would hear from them before Jan 17, 2013.

Just check EQ Fico..mortgage is not showing negative (details still show 150days late Feb-Jun) but not negative...remark states "consumer disputes info"

my FICO rose from 710 to 736...my report is clean "consumer pays on time" great pmt history...

what does this mean? is the dispute causing the account to not show negative? does it mean Wells will remove the late pmts?

Any info would be appreciated..thanks

If they are no longer showing up on your credit that means they are already gone. Nothing changes temporarily during the dispute process it will either change, update, or not change at all. Sounds like you are good!
