      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done several on-line calculators and they give me different numbers. Gross&amp;nbsp;52k &amp;nbsp;a year and total debt (small loan and car) paid out monthly is $514.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Credit scores.....equifax-701, experian-661 and transunion-665. Down payment of 6k. Realize I'll be looking at a FHA loan, but like I said getting different numbers on loan amounts. Do you think I could at least get a 130k or 135k loan? Taxes in our area about $3300k yearly and thinking insurance around $1200k yearly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes you should qualify for that range easily.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Home owners ins shouldnt cost you but about 300-600 for that amount of home yearly.</description>
