Does anyone know of a mortgage company that will approve you if you had a foreclosure and it hasnt been the 3 year mark?

although there are exeptions to the three years with extenuating circumstances.

extenuating circumstances arent a sob story..... basically one of the wage earners must have gotten cancer or died or something really drastic.

i just didnt want someone spilling out their guts with a sob story just to have us say no.
