Question on Foreclosure Date

On a tri merger CR it has the date of last activity as 7/10. On each of my three indivual reports it has June 2010 as a close date or last activity. I am looking to purchase at or near the 3 year mark, so what would be the date I could Purchase? June, July or August. I am looking at FHA or USDA and both require 3 years to pass. Thanks for any input.

You need to look up the date of foreclosure sale in Public Records. The date when the Deed is transferred to the bank. Then it is 3 years after that.

Tax record show sale date as 6/29/10 and Deed Redorded as 8/5/10.. 36 days to record a deed seems long

Okay, so you will be able to qualify June- August this year! It is lender dependent which date they use.
