Signed paperwork this evening. Very excited!
Went through quicken loans and did a HARP loan since I'm upside down on the value. Went from a 5.875 to a 3.99.. Not quite the 2 points I wanted, but good enough.

Everything was pretty smooth.

Was even given the go ahead to get a $31k truck loan during the loan process.

Congratulations! I am using Quicken for a new construction home loan right now. With your refinance, did you do everything through the myql website? That is what I am using to provide all my documentation. Just wondered if refinances used the same.

Yup, did everything through the myql site..

The only thing that did put me off a little was that I could not get someone on the phone other than my mortgage broker (the first person I talked to there.)

So be prepared.. They will email you back, but some times you need to get them on the phone to understand exactly what they want.
