Pre Qualify/Approval Question

A couple of weeks ago I applied for pre approval with a builder's preferred lender. They checked my credit and sent me what I guess is the truth in lending notice. However, I have not heard anything else back. Would this mean that I do not qualify, at least with this lender? Seems like they would at least send me a denial and tell me to go pound sand. My mid is 640. Any info would be appreciated. Thank You.

It doesn't sound like that lender is too anxious to earn your money. I would contact them directly, request an explanation and if you do not quality, ask for a copy of your credit report (which they probably should have already sent you) and take your business elsewhere.
