My scores just dropped because a previous collection was placed that had been removed before. I have paid it off but waiting for the CB to update. All of my collections are paid again waiting for an update. I have not started the mortgage process yet there is an accepted offer on the house. I'm looking to get a VA loan (already have the eligibility done) Can I start this process knowing my scores will raise in the next 30 days.
