I closed on July 15th & my mortgage hasn't been reported yet. I sent a secure message to Chase to inquire about this. I got this back:

When we acquire a loan, we don't report past-due payments
or charge late fees loan for 60 days from the first
payment date. Your loan was closed on July 15, 2013 with
the first payment due on September 1, 2013. Chase will
begin reporting your loan to the major credit bureaus in
November 2013. It may take an additional 30 days to
update your credit report.

Mine took 3 months.. sounds like that is normal.. Don't think you are far enough past the 3 months range to worry yet..

When I refinanced last year, it took 5 months for the new mortgage to report.

I don't think you are at the worry point yet. 😄
