Closed!!!!!!!!

We closed on our first home last week. We made it. We purchased a 1600 feet brand new home. I want to encourage everyone who is in the process to keep going. One thing that made the difference for us was changing from a major bank to a mortgage company. It made the process so much more easier.

@Anonymous Congrats to you and your family on your new home purchase! The hard part is over and now you can sit back and enjoy your home. Closing day for me is today, technically it's after midnight, and I'm nervous since this too was a road filled with many bumps and curves. I also switched from a larger bank to a small mortgage company and owe them a Thumbs Up for sure because with them on board the process was so much smoother. Best wishes!
