The lawyer had his stuff together and it took about 30 minutes! I walked out with the keys to my new home and a check for $375!!!! I am so relieved right now! Moving happens this weekend and then I'll really be relieved! Up until I walked out of the office, I was waiting for someone to say HA Ha kidding... We aren't giving you any money!!!

LOL! I know that feeling very well -- especially with all the things that can and often do go wrong on the way to closing.

But really, that house is YOURS now! Well, yours, the bank's, and the taxman's. But still ... YOURS. Congrats!
