I have not seen a post yet for the February closers so Ill start one.

I close on Friday 2/6 @ 1:00pm.

Do we have anyone else that will join the homeowners club in February?

We are supposed to close on the 20th but my husband made the mistake of app spreeing so we have to see how long that delays us.

I quit smoking, cut down drinking, and stopped chewing my fingernails tothe nubs years ago.

I am close totaking it all back up again. This is so stressful!!! 15 days away hopefully.

My close date went from 45days to 30 days because the sellers offered us a credit toward closing to pay for the termite repair. Close date 2-17!

oh, all of the time!

although i'm in the final waiting stage, i'm so over this. i can't relax....i feel like i need to be doing something. i need RETAIL THERAPY!!! Wine helps take the edge off though!

Anyone hitting any snags?

We had some disagreements with the IRS for the 2012 and 2013 taxes. Got them sorted and filed about 2 months ago. The returns have STILL not been accepted and put in to transcript form so we are waiting to see what is going to come of that. If they do not add our transcripts to our records by the end of this week we will be delayed. And tomorrow we find ut what the damage is frommy husband pulling our reports for some store cards.

The underwriter made me promise not to kill him. But she made a good point, I need the income he brings in. And he's a pretty good guy usually.

Yeah he app'd for about 5 or 6 things. The underwriter and I are still assessing the damages. Shedoes the soft pull hit tomorrow to see what has changed and then we have to do explination of credit pulls. thankfully our income to debt ration is crazy good and we can buffer the worries of new credit. And I have a great underwriter. We will see what comes of it.

The tax thing makes me crazy. I can't get anyone on the phone to ask aboutthe tax transcripts and the online tool is not working. Its so frustrating!!

Just received confirmation that the tax transcripts are finally up to date, however there was $11 discrepancy, and now we have to wait to see when that payment posts. UGH! Tax office is killing me!
