Boat refinancing???

Does anyone know of a good place to refinance a boat loan? We are thinking of going through our bank, but we want a good rate and we want it done quickly. We bought a boat with a TERRIBLE intrest rate and I need to get it lower since my scores have gone up. I am hoping to get around a 10 percent or better.

My scores are 606/TU. 626/ EQ, and 632/EX

I just bought a new car last week and got an interest rate of 9.75% and I thought that was decent. We contacted our bank and got denied on the boat refi
